Ingredients:
For the filling:
- 6 apples
- 1 stick of butter (125 grm)
- Half a cup brown sugar
- Hald a cup white sugar
- 3 table spoons of flour
- 1 table spoon water
- 2 teaspoons cinamon
For the crust – (you can also buy the crust from the market):
- 1 egg
- 2 and a half cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- ¼ water
Procedure:
- Mix your butter with 1 cup flour, salt, sugar
- Then slowly add the water and the rest of the flour while mixing
- Then separate your dough in two disks and wrap in plastic wrap
- Refrigerate for at least two hours
- After two hours, it is time to start preheating your oven and to start making the filling
- Cut your apples in thin pieces
- Melt the stick of butter and add the flour
- Then brown and white sugar and lastly the water
- Mix the apples with the butter mixture
- Spread your crust in a pan and add the apple mixture. Then add the cinnamon
- Cover the pie with the second batch of crust and do any design you wish
- Leave the pie in the oven in180-200 for 30-40 minutes
