Homemade bread
Ingredients
• 500 g of flour
• 330 ml of warm water
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 sachet of dry yeast
• 1 spoon of Oil
• Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in water and set aside. Put the salt, oil and flour in a large bowl and mix. Add the dissolved yeast and start kneading. If the dough sticks, add more flour, until it does not stick at all. Shape the dough into whatever shape you like, and place it in an oven pan. Smear the surface with a little water, carve gently with a knife and add sesame seeds if desired.
Bake at 50oC for 30 minutes and then at 200oC for 40-50 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven pan immediately and leave it to cool.
