Pancakes with no sugar (video)🥞

Ingredients:

  1. 2 eggs🥚🥚
  2. 100 grams of oatmeal (one tea cup – more or less)
  3. 1 banana🍌
  4. butter
  5. You can optionally have some cinnamon and blueberries

Directions:

  1. Mix the oatmeal in the blender until it has the texture of flour.
  2. Add the eggs, the banana and the cinnamon – then mix.
  3. Add some butter to the pan and about one spoon of the mix. Add 3 or 4 blueberries in each pancake.  Repeat the process until the mixture is done.
  4. You can add merenda or maple syrup.😋
