- 2 eggs🥚🥚
- 100 grams of oatmeal (one tea cup – more or less)
- 1 banana🍌
- You can optionally have some cinnamon and blueberries
- Mix the oatmeal in the blender until it has the texture of flour.
- Add the eggs, the banana and the cinnamon – then mix.
- Add some butter to the pan and about one spoon of the mix. Add 3 or 4 blueberries in each pancake. Repeat the process until the mixture is done.
- You can add merenda or maple syrup.😋
