Stress Busters (Part II)

These days,  that I study for final exams, I practice a relaxation exercise that helps a lot.

In a quiet place (usually my room), I lie down on the carpet and focus on getting comfortable. I slow down my breathing, I let my muscles go floppy and relaxed and I think about being in a really calm place e.g. a beautiful sunny beach at summer time (I am a summer type person…). Sometimes, I think of happy times or successful moments in the recent past.

That really helps me chill out and get rid of stress! 😌

Another thought that helps is that I am doing the best that I can in the time available – this is fine. I also love taking long walks and capturing impressive street art, just like in this pic.📸
